Sunflower honey

Is characterized by light-goldish or light-amber colouring. Crystallizes very quickly in coarse-grained mass. Differs by tart taste and has a slight aroma of sunflower. Sunflower honey possesses good medical and nourishing properties. Used with the purpose of prophylaxis of derangement of metabolism and as a general tonic mean. It is possible to get sunflower honey in the steppe area of Ukraine, Don, Kuban, Stavropol Territory, in a forest-steppe area, in the submontane and mountain-forest area of Caucasus, Altai Territory.
