Buckwheat honey

It has color from dark yellow and reddish up to dark brown. Crystallizes from fine-grained up to a coarse-grained consistence, of light brown or dark brown color. Possesses strong, sharp taste, tickling in a throat, has pleasant aroma by which it can be distinguished from other honey. Buckwheat honey – is a great antiseptic. At its application treatment of trophic ulcers, purulent wounds, furunculosis and other skin diseases is effective, it is recommended at treatment of an anemia.
