Melilot honey

Has Color rate from light to light - yellow. Process of Crystallization is not fast, forming coarse-grained or fine-grained white mass. Taste is sweet without after-tastes, aroma reminds vanilla a bit. During the abundant secretion of nectar this feature becomes less noticeable. Melilot honey gives a high therapeutic effect at the atony of intestine, has a laxative action and replaces purgative preparations. A lot of melilots concentrate in a steppe area (Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov area, North Caucasus), in Crimea.
